Do you charge for shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $75 before taxes.*
Otherwise, a $5 shipping fee applies per order.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times include fulfillment and shipping.

United States: 4 to 8 business days
Canada: 5 to 9 business days
International: 9 to 24 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

What happens before shipping?

Orders are printed and packed within 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping time begins after fulfillment.

Who do you ship with?

We use major carriers such as USPS, Canada Post, and trusted international partners depending on where your order is produced and delivered.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

Most U.S. orders are produced and shipped within the United States, so additional import fees are uncommon.

Canadian orders are usually fulfilled within Canada.
In some cases, items may ship from the United States, which could result in import fees set by local customs authorities. These charges are outside our control.

Do you charge taxes?

U.S. orders currently do not include sales tax.
Canadian orders include applicable GST or HST based on province or territory.

If tax rules change, they will appear automatically at checkout.

Can I choose faster shipping?

If express shipping is available in your region, the option will appear at checkout.
This speeds up transit time only and does not change production time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not entered fulfillment, we will do our best to help.
Email support@plainfamous.com as soon as possible.

Returns and Order Issues

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We will make it right.
Eligible items can receive a replacement or full refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep the item unworn and in its original condition.

What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

Check with anyone in your household, your building, or nearby neighbors first.

If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will help investigate.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If your package is outside the expected delivery window, email us with your order number and tracking details.
We will look into it and help resolve the issue.

Can I return something that does not fit?

We recommend reviewing the fit information on the product page before ordering to ensure the best result.

Fit-related concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If something still feels off, reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Products and Fit

Are your t-shirts unisex?

Yes. Currently all T-shirts are unisex. Other types of apparel are labeled.
- For a standard fit, most customers order their usual size.
- For a looser streetwear fit, size up.
- Customers who typically wear women’s sizing may prefer sizing down for a closer fit.

Do you offer women’s cuts?

All current styles are unisex.
We may explore additional fits in the future as the brand grows.

How do I care for my shirt?

Machine wash cold, inside out.
Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not iron directly on the print.
Do not dry clean.

What is the difference between Heavyweight and Everyday Lightweight tees?

Most designs are printed on Premium tees, a heavyweight garment-dyed cotton shirt with a relaxed streetwear fit.

Some designs are available on a lighter everyday tee that remains durable and true to size.
Both are printed to the same quality standard.

Where are your shirts made?

Blank garments are sourced from trusted manufacturing partners in regions such as Bangladesh, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
They are then printed, packed, and shipped from regional fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, or internationally to reduce delivery time.
